Lake Garda SUP Lesson

Course Description

The single SUP lesson is the best way to experience this sport. In an hour we will show you the fundamentals of Stand Up Paddle and you will be able to understand if it can do it for you or not. SUP is a sport suitable for anyone and with the right precautions to find balance on the board is possible for anyone. In our school you will find boards suitable for every build and skill that will allow you to learn correctly using the right posture and the right movement before you can move on to more performing boards.

Where: The SUP class is held on Lake Garda in San Felice del benaco.

SUP lesson content

The SUP lesson lasts one hour, and at the end of the lesson you will have the board at your disposal for 20 minutes so you can do some exercises and try out what you have learned on your own.

Module #1

SUP history.
Paddling equipment and theory.
Position on the table and route management.
Kneeling and standing paddling technique.
Safety in and out of the water

Where is it

We will hold the SUP lesson on Lake Garda, in the town of San Felice del Benaco (Bs), in the harbor street.

Single SUP lesson prices

Classes have a maximum of three students per instructor to ensure maximum attention to the student.
We organize our agenda trying to guarantee an instructor for each student, if this is not possible you will be notified and we will propose alternative times. If you are a family or a group it will be possible to organize a group lesson at discounted prices.

Prices are per person
Board, paddle, safety leash and life jacket included in the price.
Maximum 3 people per instructor.

*You must be a card-carrying member of the society to attend courses and excursions.
The cost of the membership is €5, includes insurance and lasts until the end of the calendar year.
