a] It is required to possess and utilize a buoyancy aid jacket while on board a boat, canoe, or kayak at all times.
b] It is obligatory to wear the safety leash when using the SUP board.
c] In instances where the water depth is less than 150cm, it is obligatory to paddle while on your knees or in a prone position on the board.
d] Prior to departure, I will dutifully inform the staff of my planned route and estimated duration of the trip.
e] I will solely employ the equipment when not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
f] I will refrain from venturing more than 200m away from the shoreline.
I affirm that I am in good physical health and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent me from engaging in non-competitive sports.
I also declare that I am not under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, drugs or anything that may interfere with sport.
I hereby acknowledge and accept the regulations on behalf of the minors mentioned below, who will be under my supervision during their participation in the sporting activity. I also confirm that I explained and made sure that the regulation was clear to them as well.
