Some of the most frequently asked questions we receive about SUP tours on Lake Garda
Is it possible to do tours without any experience?
It is mandatory to have a minimum level of experience to be able to take part in the simpler tours.
Although the tours are done at a slow and relaxed pace to enjoy the view, we do not recommend trying the SUP for the first time during a tour, as you risk slowing down other people and not having the time to become familiar with the board .
To make the most of an excursion, we recommend that you learn the technique first through a course or practice with experienced friends.
From what age can you take part in the excursions?
The minimum age for a SUP tour is 8 years old. Children up to the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent and during the booking it is necessary to communicate the age of the participants so that we can better organize.
What is the maximum number of participants?
The maximum number of participants varies according to the difficulty of the tour. For simpler tours up to ten people per instructor can take part as the risks are minimal. More difficult tours such as downwind maximum two people per instructor.
